Because the Orleans Parish Juvenile Court is State funded and operated, it is a State Government Web site and falls under the following policies and notices.

This system and related software and equipment are intended solely for the communication, transmission, processing, and storage of U.S. Government, State, or Local Parish information. When you visit the Orleans Parish Juvenile Court Web site [hereafter, the OPJC] to browse information it contains, you do so anonymously unless you choose to provide us information about yourself. If you choose to offer information or assistance to the OPJC in the pursuit of criminal activity or submitting a tip by using our online form, we will make appropriate inquiries to determine the accuracy of your information. In addition, we may share the information you provide with other appropriate entities to enable the OPJC to carry out its legally authorized responsibilities. By providing information or assistance to the OPJC through our online form, you expressly consent to these uses of the information you provide about yourself.
