The Honorable Candice Bates-Anderson has been serving as Chief Judge of Orleans Parish Juvenile Court since November, 2010. Chief Judge Bates-Anderson currently serves as Chief Administrative Judge of the Court. Chief Judge Anderson was born in New Orleans on May 12, 1970.
