THE ORLEANS PARISH JUVENILE COURT HAS EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION TO HEAR ALL CASES OF JUVENILES ISSUED TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW ORLEANS.

A courtesy NOTICE OF CITATION will be sent to the address on your citation within thirty days from the date that the citation is issued. The NOTICE OF CITATION will include the alleged violation, fines, fees and options for payment.

Please be advised that Traffic Court will begin on the third Thursday of every month starting at 1:00pm.
